The committees are made up of community resident volunteers who help with the many facets of maintaining a viable neighborhood. Our committees are listed below.
Architectural Review Committee– Responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the community. Reviews any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes in the community. Ensure compliance with aesthetic standards established by the association.

4. Using the “Next” button if necessary find your name and click on it
5. In the dropdown box click on your name and an arial view of your property will show on the right side of the screen
6. Click the printer icon at the top of the page to print a copy.
Finance Committee-Reviews monthly financial statements prepared by the Property Manager, notifies the HOA Board and the Property Manager of any deficiencies. Prepares summarization given to the residents during board meetings.
Repair, Maintenance and Project Guidance Committee – Assists the Board in reviewing community repairs and assist in the overseeing bidding process to assure bids are complete. Advise the Board on all matters pertaining to the maintenance, repair or improvement of the Common Properties.
Social Committee– Fosters a cohesive community by creating and organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other. Responsible for organizing, planning, publicizing and carrying out all socials taking place in community. Creates an annual budget with an estimated cost for each event. Events include but not limited to, Community Yard Sale, Back to School Party, Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th, Pot-lucks, Ice cream socials.
