On April 10, 2017 a Reserve Study of the community was conducted and the report is available on the secure C. Dan Joyner website for residents’ viewing. A Reserve Study is an important and necessary tool that should be utilized by Property Managers and the Board of Directors to maintain and enhance the major common property assets of the community and provide a multi-year funding plan for major capital expenditures. Basically, the study is a timeline for suggested repairs or maintenance and costs associated with the repairs or maintenance so the community will be financially prepared. Please note that the Reserve Study is a recommended guideline and it is not a requirement for the community to adhere to or follow.
We will be reviewing the study with our property manager and answering all questions at the next community meeting which will be held Sunday, May 21st at 3pm at the pool. Please review the study and bring any questions you have to the meeting.
